The fifty-eighth Strand Group event where the Permanent Secretary of the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) Sarah Healey gave a lecture on ‘The Future Challenges for Digital Policy Making.’

Rapid technological change and the growth of the tech sector is having a colossal impact on our economy and society.  In the second of two speeches looking at digital policy making in the UK, Sarah Healey explored the challenges the civil service may face as it confronts the next wave of digital innovation and how it can overcome them.

The lecture took place at King’s College London on Wednesday 16 November from 18.30.
