This event launches a new paper for King’s College London and the Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. A distinguished panel will discuss the findings of the report, which provides a “first draft of history” based on on-the-record interviews with outgoing senior Biden administration policymakers and other leading commentators.
